With the onslaught of typhoon Ondoy hitting the Philippines last month, the amount of rainfall that accumulated in 24 hours was record breaking. Many Filipino families were vastly affected losing homes, properties, possessions as well as lives.
Metro Manila was turned into a "Water World" in just a few hours of non-stop downpour and winds. Everything imaginable was either under water such as houses or moved by water such as cars. One can just imagine the damage that was done with this unexpected natural disaster.
Cars lined up in the factories waiting for their turn to be fixed and some would have to wait days or weeks since replacement parts were getting hard to find.
